So I lost 3.2 pounds since September 27.
heh
Just shows to go ya.
No candy so far today. That's a good thing. I promised my WW meeting (and my thearapist) that if I wanted a piece of that candy sitting out on the front desk for the grad students, that I had to hop scotch to the candy dish.
That should do it....

Congrats!
Hop scotching for candy could become my new favorite sport.
Would that burn the calories? :-) What good news... I love when I lose weight and I didn't "mean" to - makes me feel like I am doing something right!
"how to humiliate yourself into weight loss"
it could be a best-seller.
there was NO need for hopscotch today!
Woo hoo, AND I went to the gym.
the key is repetition.....
one.day.at.a.time....
Congratulations and good luck. I've started taking my dog on 3 mile walks a few times a week. I think we've both lost a few pounds, especially if I stay away from bagels at breakfast. My nemesis is starchy carbs not sweets. Please hide the mashed potatoes from me!
You should feel REALLY proud of yourself...
Just a few lbs at a time is the healthiest way to lose weight. Quitting smoking always makes it more difficult to keep weight down. I gained 20 pounds right after i quit March 2004, but i've had to find other, healthier things (other than food) to occupy my time. And i always say i can enjoy a hearty lunch if i use the dreaded stairs (5 flights) every day at work... :)
Hurrah for Shelli! :)
Keep it up sister.
Hey congrats! I do WW in the UK and it's really helpping me too.
If you find yourself craving those sweets drink a large glass of water. It fills you up, and it's good for your weight loss, skin, body functions etc...
Proud of you
