I made it with a drizzle of olive oil, some cinnamon and nutmeg. That's it. Then scoop out the flesh and "smoosh." ALL food PALES in comparrison to the lovely, delectable butternut squash.
She did dabble in a bit of tofu this evening, AFTER the bowl of butternut squash happiness was VISIBALLY empty. And she liked it.

But wait! A touch of nutmeg, some balsamic vinegar and use butter instead of olive oil and O.M.G.
Mmm, tofu. I hope Dude can eat it.
