Kale, Collards, tofu, mushrooms, garlic, onion, Chinese 5 spice, chili-garlic sauce, celery salt and wheat-free soy sauce

it was a total improvise recipe - "use up that which will go bad soon!"

it's WAY yummy, and I can't wait to dig in for lunch tomorrow...
